Major large high profile Law Firm seeking very experienced Help Desk!
Law Firm experience is required.
Essential Duties:
-Receive and respond to Help Desk calls, emails, and voice mails with the objective of resolving as many problems as possible;
-Document the end user request or issue as well as decisions made, actions taken, and final resolution;
-Access in house knowledge bases and internet resources;
-Maintain the existing desktop equipment in a stable condition;
-Handle assignment projects with minimal supervision;
-Provide after hours support;
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
Firm provides an excellent benefit package along with 37.5 work week! Must be available for paid OT. Must be able to work in different shifts from time to time (e.g., 7:30 a.m.-4:00, 9:00-5:30).
