Job Responsibilities:
As a RX Mentor customer care specialist/pharmacy technician you will: directly respond to questions, resolve concerns and provide guidance on transactions, inquiries and complaints from both internal and external customers. Job Requirements:
High School Diploma Pharmacy tech certified or licensed Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs Ability to type 50-55 wpm Capacity to maintain confidentialityRole DesirablesAssociates or Bachelors Degree Previous inbound call center or related customer service experience Fluency in SpanishReporting Relationships.
