Bankruptcy Legal Secretary

Bankruptcy Legal Secretary needed by large national law firm!

Work for 3 Shareholders who need a "right arm" to help them.  This is a very busy desk. 

Experience with:  workouts, dispute resolultion, secured creditors, Chapters 7 & 11, restructuring, insolvency matters, etc.  Practice focus is regaional and national clients, banks, financial institutions, hedge funds, etc.  Related practice:  corporate, securities, M&A's, banks and financial institutions.

Must have excellent computer skills:  Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Styles, type 75-80.

Firm provides a 37.5 hour work week,  profit sharing, 401K, vacation/sick/personal days,  medilcal, life, optional dental, vision, 9.5 holidays, corporate rate at 24HR fitness, plus so much more in beautiful offices in downtown Dallas!

5 + yrs. exp. , SALARY COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE!
