Work with very busy Shareholder who is looking for someone experienced in commercial litigation, excellent research and writing skills, law review preferred.
Shareholder represents clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts,primarily in insurance defense litigation and insurance coverage. Areas of expertise include appellate, insurance, roducts liability, personal injury and tort litigation.
Heavy drafting in pleadings, motions, discovery, etc. (5-10 yrs. exp.) $90,000-105,000 depending upon experience.
