Provide support and development for Microsoft CRM. Diagnose and troubleshoot application issues (production, test and QA) Participate in each stage of the SDLC model using Commerce best practices, project methodology, and change management systems. Produce accurate development and testing documentation for assigned projects. Coordinate and collaborate with IT and business unit resources to effectively deploy solutions. Required: Professional with Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 1 year experience working with CRM applications (Microsoft CRM, Salesforce, Saleslogix, etc). Individual must be self-motivated and proactive with excellent interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly & effectively with multiple technical & non-technical groups. Intermediate to advanced experience with SCRUM software development lifecycle. Advanced understanding of application security and secure application development. Advanced understanding of SOA concepts and practices. Experience designing and developing test frameworks and processes to ensure code quality. Advanced knowledge of these technologies: C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, JavaScript, SSRS, XML and WSDL. Intermediate development experience with SQL (Select, Insert, Update, Delete, Stored Procedures, Query Optimization, SQL Tuning). Basic understanding of relational database concepts and design processes. Intermediate understanding of Windows operating systems. Desired: Prior experience developing or supporting CRM software in the financial services industry. Experienced with automated testing tools. Experience with architecture, design and development of CRM software preferred..
