Description


• Manage large scale global and enterprise technology incidents

• Direct activities and establish command and control during technology incidents

• Establish necessary break out time for technology teams during incident recovery

• Ensure executive status updates are provide during recovery activities

• Oversee post incident reconvene meetings through to root cause, to request teams to engage Vendors

• Coordinate activities with the Integrated Release Control Room

• Ensure that scenario based escalation lists are established and maintained

• Ensure that event details are gathered to provide necessary communications to executive teams and regulators
 

Qualifications


Required Skills:

  • Experience managing large scale technology incidents
  • Experience with Midrange and/or Mainframe systems
  • Experience supporting or working within: Card, Deposit Contact Centers, eCommerce, Mortgage, Banking Centers and/or Payments
  • Production Support experience
  • Proven leadership and relationship management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to understand complex business processes and technical environments
  • Ability to coordinate and direct activities across multiple teams during large scale technology incidents
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Flexibility in work hours, when needed
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and acts with speed
  • Skillfully influences peers and key stakeholders
  • Drives collaboration among individuals and groups
  • Commands attention across all levels
  • 5- 10 years experience in technology engineering or operations role



Desired Skills:
  • Knowledge of bank technology environment
  • Crisis management experience a plus
